      I find PaySimple incredibly user-friendly and easy to train others on. Their customer service is outstanding, even helping me with a customer payment issue outside their service scope. They are one of the few companies accepting both electronic checks and credit cards, which helps us cut down on credit card fees and is favored by some of our clients. Despite their fees being on the higher side, they are definitely worth it.
