My experience with Oleeo has been quite enjoyable so far. I've had many positive interactions with different individuals who have taken the time to listen, explain, and create practical solutions for our recruitment process needs. This is one of the most adaptable ATS systems I've used, with the provider being able to customize it to our unique user experience and application flow. The system's ability to manage multiple decisions for multiple streams has saved us time and allowed for a lot of automation, which in turn increases our efficiency. However, some of the configuration can be complex and time-consuming to initially set up. It's necessary to invest time in planning and scoping what you need before any supplier sessions, as they need to know a lot of details before building anything for you.

Using Oleeo to create superdays and other off-campus interview schedules has been a game changer for my team. It's relatively seamless and saves us a lot of time. The system is efficient and user-friendly for both candidates and recruiters. However, there are some minor functionalities that could be improved. For example, when creating a superday in Oleeo, there's no feature to generate a resume book in the order of the schedule for each interviewer, which results in extra manual work for recruiters. These are minor issues that could be easily resolved if the company prioritizes them.

Lead Recruiter's Insight on Oleeo
My immediate contacts at Oleeo are supportive and provide timely advice. I am included in development calls to improve the service. I wish I had more knowledge of best practices and how other companies use the system. The offer tools work well and managing applications and creating initial vacancies using templates is straightforward. I can make some changes myself. However, I can't integrate video interviewing or send team invites directly through the software. The interview function is not as intuitive as I'd like and requires several steps. There is an add-on video interview function, but it's unsupported and unsuitable for my business. If an applicant cancels an interview, I can't quickly cancel it - I need to record the cancellation. Ad hoc interviews don't allow me to assign the state of the interview, which is important for reporting. I can't bulk upload vacancies in a way that works for my business, which is a significant part of my recruitment. The reporting functions are lacking.

The customer care team is incredibly responsive whenever I need support for more significant issues. I have regular meetings with our Customer Success Manager to ensure we're making the most of all the new features and adopting best practices. The application process is easy to construct, ensuring we gather all necessary information while making it simple for candidates to apply. The role-based permission profiles let us tailor the system to each internal user's role in the recruitment process. The system can automatically generate Microsoft Teams interview links for remote candidates. The mobile app could use some enhancements, but most users access Oleeo on a laptop or PC.
