Having used Okta for over a year, I wholeheartedly recommend it! The support and account management teams are incredibly responsive, typically getting back to me within 5 working days. They are fully engaged and committed to providing the best service. When we had to adjust our contract due to COVID-19, they were understanding and flexible. They explained that our contract didn't allow us to reduce our license count, but they were open to discussing it further since our new contract hadn't started yet.

Learning from an Online Business Transaction: My Experience with Okta
I had an interesting experience recently where I was approached by a client through the website fewerr. They were interested in 15 of my graphic designs and promised a handsome payment. I was thrilled at the opportunity! After completing the work, they introduced me to a new bank through which they preferred to make payments, either via Paypal or in crypto. It was a new experience for me, and I was excited to learn about this new method of transaction.However, they asked for a $2 payment from me first, which was unexpected. I took it as a learning experience about the importance of clear communication and setting boundaries in business transactions. When I addressed this with them over Telegram, they unfortunately blocked me. I even tried reaching out to them on their Facebook page, but received an automated response.Despite this, I remain positive and enthusiastic about the opportunities that lie ahead. This experience has taught me valuable lessons about conducting business online, and I'm now more prepared and cautious. I'm excited to continue creating and sharing my graphic designs with the world!

I initially received an email from a sales representative who offered me a great deal - the first year licensing costs would be capped at $15. I was thrilled! Then, about 9 months in, I was contacted by another representative who brought some exciting news - there was an additional opportunity to invest $8 due to contract terms. This was a surprise, but it was a clear indication of the dynamic nature of their sales team. It's always a thrill to see how things unfold with Okta!
