I absolutely adore Netchex! I've been a user for around 7 years. I initially used it at my former job and when I transitioned to my current job, I knew it was necessary here as well. The software we were previously using was outdated and I was aware of Netchex's superiority. It wasn't long before we implemented it here and everyone has been consistently amazed by the services it offers. Netchex has been outstanding, particularly during the new ACA regulations and the COVID-19 situation. The software is extremely user-friendly and simplifies our tasks in HR/Payroll significantly. Honestly, I can't find anything to dislike about this software. We switched to Netchex because our previous software simply couldn't match the services Netchex provides.

Thanks to Netchex's setup and customization, we've achieved smooth integration across multiple departments. The implementation was a substantial process, requiring some trial and error to resolve the issues. There are many things it can do, and part of the process was figuring out how to make it do what we wanted, aligning our logic/approach with the existing setup.

I value having a dedicated service team for each client, ensuring there's always someone familiar with my account to assist me. I typically submit my issues or queries through their online portal for record-keeping, but I can also call them directly for urgent matters. They even create a case for me for tracking purposes. The only drawback I've noticed is that their innovative new product offerings tend to be in development and testing longer than advertised. I'm always eager for more!

Overall, my experience with Netchex has been relatively smooth recently, despite encountering some bugs in the past. I value the ease of clocking in and out of work, which only requires my username and password. However, I've observed occasional glitches and loading issues when trying to punch in or out. It also logs me out if I don't punch in immediately.

My overall experience with Netchex has been fantastic. I appreciate how it has eliminated paperwork from the hiring and onboarding process, saving me time as a payroll administrator and allowing my employees to complete necessary forms online at their convenience. The product is sophisticated and the service team is always helpful when issues arise. What I love most about Netchex is its ability to service the entire lifecycle of an employee, from hiring and advertising to onboarding and payroll. I can even set up templates to contact interviewees or prospective employees about any paperwork they need to complete online, or to send them pre-set emails. The entire process can be customized to my liking. However, I wish some areas within payroll were more flexible and editable to match my specific needs. Like many payroll products, there are limitations in how reports can be tailored, and I often have to filter or manipulate the data to get the information I need. I switched to Netchex from Quickbooks because the latter was not very satisfying.

Rethinking My Decision Now
I've been a Netchex user for about 9 years, primarily to avoid the inconvenience of transferring all my data to a new software. However, my growing frustration might soon lead me to switch to a different software. I initially chose Netchex due to the persistence of their representative and their competitive pricing. I required a software that could handle my payroll online, which Netchex provided. For 8 years, I used their swipe clock feature but encountered issues with 'buddy punching'. I then transitioned to the biometric clock, but this has been problematic as well. Every fortnight, I notice that the punches from the clock have not been uploaded to the software. Despite informing them about this issue and having the clock replaced once, the problem continues. This issue is time-consuming and they seem to lack a solution. The initial reason for choosing Netchex was the representative's persistence and frequent office visits.
