      A Game-Changer for Martial Arts

      Initially, I was not impressed with MyStudio as I was using the lowest tier. However, after upgrading and using the website creator, my experience improved significantly. The upgrades they've been implementing have simplified things greatly. I love it and plan to use it for the upcoming schools we're opening. Having worked with this system for a while, I find it much more user-friendly and cost-effective compared to other software I've used before, such as Rainmaker. The integrations are exactly what any dojo owner needs to streamline operations. Although it took some time to navigate and understand due to the numerous features, it seems like they are constantly working on improving the workflow for customers. I chose MyStudio because it offered all the functions I needed and more, at a better price point. I switched to MyStudio for its price and functionality.

      Keeps Me on the Mat!

      I've managed to significantly cut down the time I usually spend off the mat thanks to MyStudio. I find it very convenient to be able to send a link to potential customers so they can be ready to start as soon as they arrive. The sign-up process is completely within the app, providing a direct interface for parents or guardians with the studio. However, the back button takes you to the main member screen, which requires you to filter again. I switched to MyStudio from Rainmaker because it offered more features and Rainmaker had become stale with no improvements in a few years. The prices were similar, so the switch was a no-brainer. I appreciate the vendor's response and their suggestion to use the product suggestions portal for further feedback.

      The customer service at MyStudio is unmatched! They're always there to help me when I need it. MyStudio is constantly evolving, adding new features to stay ahead of the competition. They ask us, the users, what we need and then incorporate that into their software. This is a stark contrast to my previous software where I felt my concerns were ignored. MyStudio is always seeking our feedback on how they can improve their software to be the best in the industry. There are a few features that my previous software had that MyStudio doesn't have. However, they are constantly improving their program to meet our needs. The onboarding process was a bit more tedious and challenging than I would have liked, but once it was done, the software was incredibly user-friendly. I chose MyStudio because it was more affordable and I didn't need all the extra features that Spark offers. I switched to MyStudio because Kicksite stopped catering to us as customers. They were making changes that didn't enhance.

      I no longer have to be at my dojo outside of business hours for sales, as everything can be managed through the MyStudio app. I no longer need to process payments at the desk, as members can handle it themselves through the app or the tablet at the front of the dojo. The software is straightforward and user-friendly, and our members love it. They can make purchases whenever they want, and I don't need to send out links or reminders for camp purchases. We've eliminated our front desk and all waivers and information are managed through the software. This has simplified our lives, removed the need for extra staff, and allowed our instructors to concentrate on the students. The software is easy to use and constantly improving, saving me time that I can use elsewhere. I would like to see a feature for issuing annual receipts or easy invoices. I chose MyStudio because the staff genuinely cared about my feedback and made the sign-up process easy for me.

      As a new company, I feel that MyStudio has a well-intentioned team that may lack expertise but shows a strong desire to perform well. I believe it would be beneficial if they had an "install" team to assist clients with the initial setup process. This is the first software management we've used at our school, as we previously did everything manually, so we don't have any other products to compare it to. I appreciate the ability to communicate with our students, manage banking and payments, and set up retail sales through the app. However, I find the software isn't organized intuitively, requiring too many clicks and prompts to complete simple tasks. For example, to communicate with all students, I can't use the communications tab but have to use the "All Customers" tab, which is counterintuitive. I also haven't found a way to fulfill multiple retail orders at once. We chose MyStudio based on a referral.
