My overall experience with My360 has been overwhelmingly positive. I find it to be an incredibly useful tool that we aim to use as often as possible for new listings. Properties with a virtual tour are always more popular than those without. The software works well, but what I appreciate most is their customer service. The representatives regularly visit our office to update us on any changes, offer assistance, or simply to say hello. Whenever we've had any questions and reached out via email, we've always received an immediate response. Initially, we found it a bit challenging to create virtual tours with the software, but the reps were more than willing to come to our office and guide us through the process.

Other 360 VT software often proves to be complex or expensive, but My360 has solved these problems for me. I've suggested it to my friends and most of them have made the switch. It's user-friendly and you can have your first VT operational with little information. Their customer service is prompt, friendly, and well-informed. However, I wish I could update the cities myself without having to reach out to customer support.

I must admit that my overall experience with my360 has been quite positive. As a real estate professional who offers EPCs, floor plans, and more, this software has become an invaluable tool in my work. Despite not being particularly tech-savvy, the in-software tutorials and the expertise of the representatives made creating these tours a breeze. I even receive emails with suggestions on how to improve my tours, which I find very helpful. The My360 software platform is user-friendly and enables me to create 360° virtual tours for my clients. Uploading images to the platform is easy, and building the tour is quite straightforward. The software guides you throughout the process, generating mirrored tour arrows in adjoining rooms. Even though I'm not a 'techy', the final tours look incredibly professional. I particularly appreciate the ability to personalize a tour with my client's logo, which appears in the corner of the tour screen and also where the tripod legs are.
