I've successfully integrated nearly all aspects of our company's business into ERP through LS Retail. It's user-friendly with Microsoft Dynamics Navision and other ERP systems. I can configure any discount system to automate the cashiering system, including tender types, banks, discount coupons, gift vouchers, and discounts based on date, time, and quantity.       I appreciate the overall design and highly customizable features of LS-Central. I find its compatibility with almost any dotnet or API based solution extremely beneficial. I particularly enjoy the mobile POS solutions, and the fact that there's a dedicated mobile app for each module, including Retail, Warehouse, Inventory Management, LS Pay, and so on. I also value its seamless integration with all possible NAV updates of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, from version 3.0 to 14.xx to date. However, I've run into some problems with the Coalition and Arabic languages. I find it quite expensive due to its foundation on NAV base. I believe it should offer a different billing solution apart from LS NAV for smaller scale shops. I chose LS Retail because I am a NAV developer and it's highly popular in the retail and hypermarket solutions sector.

It's the best software for the retail industry with nearly all functionalities built-in. Upgrades to new features in newer versions are available. However, as Microsoft is transitioning to Business Central, LS Central hasn't fully transitioned to this technology upgrade yet. The data migration toolkit will take some time to launch. I chose LS Retail because it's user-friendly and has online support available.
