Revenue Reigns, Customer Satisfaction Suffers
In my over two decades in the industry, I've never encountered such poor customer service as I have with Learnworlds. Their primary focus seems to be on making money, with little regard for customer satisfaction. Their email responses are usually curt and dismissive, reflecting their overall attitude. It's disheartening to see a company so openly prioritize profit over their customers. The decline in ethical business practices is deeply worrying. I would advise anyone considering this platform to be cautious, as their poor customer service is indicative of their values. New users deserve better. What's most disappointing is their lack of understanding that customers are the backbone of any business. In my experience, genuine support and a customer-first approach should be the top priority. Sadly, Learnworlds seems to have lost sight of this. My negative review is a plea for change. Their indifference towards customers and obsession with profit casts a dark shadow. As a professional, I urge you to seek out companies that value customers over profit. Businesses that are grounded.

24/7 Email Support for Urgent Issues
I had an urgent issue that needed immediate resolution. This happened outside of my working hours and wasn't a simple fix. While I was asleep, the problem was escalated to their development team and by the next day, everything was resolved. Their customer support is available 24/7 via email. For important but less urgent matters, Zoom calls need to be scheduled. They prioritize urgent email requests and all other inquiries have been answered to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I've been working with Learnworlds for almost six months now and they've always been patient and friendly, always considering my feedback for platform improvements.

Superb Tool for Building and Marketing Courses
I discontinued managing my WordPress website as LearnDash now handles it for me. The process of creating courses is straightforward and the basic features are sufficient to get started. However, for additional features, an upgrade is necessary. Their customer service is impressively fast and supportive. The white label and the app for your online school necessitate a costly upgrade, especially if you only have a few courses to sell. I transitioned to LearnWorlds due to technical problems, insufficient features or layout options, and excessive time spent on maintaining a WordPress website.

Delivers as Promised, and Then Some!
In my view, Learnworlds is arguably the best platform for hosting an online academy or training center. I've never faced any problems, everything runs smoothly and reliably. I have complete trust in this platform. It provides good value for money and a wide array of tools, particularly from the pro tier upwards. However, it can be somewhat complicated when it comes to lesson settings, like having to do SEO twice, once for the page and once for the course. The video library can get messy when there are numerous videos, as there's no option to sort them by "newest" or "oldest". I also notice a lack of user-defined "preset sections" or similar features, which would enable quicker page building and improved cohesion across the school. The copy-paste sections feature is not very user-friendly.

I am a huge fan of LearnWorlds! It's a fantastic platform that has truly revolutionized the way I approach online learning. One of the things I appreciate most about LearnWorlds is their commitment to customer feedback. One area where I see potential for growth is in the in-course Discussion and Community User Interface (UI). I believe that with a few tweaks, it could be as user-friendly and engaging as platforms like Thinkific, Circle.so, or Mighty Networks. I see this as an exciting opportunity for LearnWorlds to further enhance their platform and make it even more appealing to users. I recently attended a LearnWorlds zoom call and was thrilled to hear that many participants were also eager for improvements in this area. This shows that the LearnWorlds community is engaged and invested in the platform's development, which is fantastic! While there isn't an estimated release date for these features yet, I am confident that LearnWorlds is taking our feedback into account. They've shown time and time again that they value their customers' input, and I'm excited to see how they will use our suggestions to improve the Community/Discussion UI. Overall, I am incredibly satisfied with the LearnWorlds platform. Despite the room for improvement in the Community UI, I still rate it highly because of its overall functionality and the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. I can't wait to see how LearnWorlds continues to evolve and improve in response to user feedback!

Superb Learning Platform
Setting up LearnWorlds was somewhat difficult, but it seems simple for users to create a profile and begin their courses. I value the many customization options that suit our style and needs. As an admin, I get immediate notifications when someone signs up for our courses and I can monitor their progress. We selected LearnWorlds as we thought it would offer us the flexibility to scale as we grow.

We aim to provide over 1000 members from 342 connected non-profits across New York State with the right resources at the right time. LearnWorlds helps us categorize our resources into 10 areas of organizational health, making it easy for our members to find what they need. We also use it as a landing page and gateway for digital cohort learning experiences, providing a one-stop shop for meeting links, content, and engagement. This reduces the administrative burden on our facilitators, who no longer need to resend the same Zoom link for each of the 9 different sessions they host. LearnWorlds is more than just an online learning platform. Its flexibility and adaptability have allowed us to engage our connected non-profits in various ways. The support team is quick to respond and assist with any unique situations we encounter as we provide resources and connections to our member organization. We couldn't be happier with our experience. One minor issue was that when the updated design elements were.

I must say, my experience with LearnWorlds has been quite a journey! I was initially drawn in by their offer of a free 3-day trial for the Learning Center plan around Black Friday of 223. Although I ended up with a trial for a lower plan, I was impressed by their responsiveness when I reached out. They assured me that my feedback was forwarded to their team, which made me feel heard and valued. While I didn't get to explore all of LearnWorlds' features due to the plan mix-up, I did get to test out the Community feature. Although it wasn't as user-friendly as I expected, I found it to be a unique and nostalgic throwback to the early days of online communities. It reminded me of the charm and simplicity of the early internet, which was a refreshing change from the overly polished platforms of today. The platform may seem a bit messy and outdated to some, but I found it to be a charming, retro-style learning environment. It's a nice change of pace from the sleek, modern platforms that are so common these days. And while the customer service could use some improvement, I was impressed by their quick response and willingness to listen to my feedback. All in all, I would recommend giving LearnWorlds a try. It's a unique platform with a lot of potential, and I'm excited to see how they continue to evolve and improve in the future!

Top-notch LMS Solution for Small Schools at an Affordable Price
I've had a fantastic experience with LearnWorlds, so much so that I chose to create another site with it for a membership site hosting a meditation library. Initially, I planned to develop an app, but I discovered LearnWorlds' incredible flexibility for delivering more than just courses. I love its scalability for high-level courses and programs or simple content delivery. What I value most about LearnWorlds is its ability to import SCORM files for course delivery, its variety of assessments, website templates, and the option to have all courses on a branded app. Starting with LearnWorlds can be a bit challenging, especially compared to Teachable, from which I switched. Teachable has a simpler start-up process but lacks LearnWorlds' functionality. Despite having more to process initially with LearnWorlds, I find it straightforward and intuitive.
