Unlocking Superior Management with Jforma Software
Overall, I find Jforma to be an excellent management software, very comprehensive for use beyond just a simple database. I use Jforma for managing training, creating course materials, reporting attendance, issuing certificates, and more. The best feature of Jforma is its fundamental understanding of the subject matter. Compared to other software I've tried, it's clear that there's a deep understanding of how training works, especially in relation to the 81/08, rather than just being a basic database implementation. The support is always available for any questions. However, there are some areas for improvement in the creation of registers and certificates: some tables are difficult to organize, the content isn't always easy to arrange, and the layout during editing doesn't always reflect the final result. There is the option of HTML editing, but it's too time-consuming for fast-paced work. The vendor responded to my review, thanking me and confirming that new developments are in progress to further enhance the user experience.

Jforma is indispensable. Everything I need is readily available. It provides complete coverage of all training areas, entirely online, with 360-degree support. They are responsive to any customization requests and offer a perfect synchronous FAD platform. It allows for total management of the training entity with a single platform. When we opened our center, we chose Jforma as our management system. They were also at the beginning of their project, but we believed in the Jforma team and the result was excellent. I am grateful for everything Jforma has done. We have encountered no issues since we started using Jforma.

Excellent Management Tool for Training Courses
I began using jforma independently and found it easy to learn through the available video guides. There's always the option to enhance the basic package with additional functions needed by my company. The partial payment feature is excellent, especially if it doesn't coincide with the license expiration. Jforma is a comprehensive management software with outstanding support. I use it as a management tool for archiving, sending data, and registrations. It has multiple functionalities and is regularly updated. It's very clear and intuitive. I can import and export data quickly and customize the documents I create. However, I don't use it to send invoices or engagement letters, but this is not due to any shortcomings of Jforma.

Overall, my experience with Jforma has been extremely positive. It's a management software that I would, and have, chosen. I value its online functionality, the prompt and direct customer support, and the logical structure of the software that caters to my training planning needs. It's also reasonably priced. While not all aspects of the software are customizable, we've managed to enhance some processes that were previously handled in ways that couldn't be replicated outside our business dynamics. I chose Jforma for its intuitiveness and affordability. We had been contemplating the use of a management software for a while. The necessity to organize remote work due to Covid expedited our evaluation and selection process. I appreciate the vendor's responsiveness and am pleased to know that Jforma is aiding in improving our work.

My overall assessment of Jforma is excellent, given all the functionalities and tasks our training center needs to carry out, from managing training activities to billing and reporting. We've been using it for 6 years and we couldn't function without it! There's absolutely nothing wrong with it. Furthermore, it's constantly being updated. We chose Jforma for its user-friendliness, comprehensiveness, continuous updates, support from the developers, and customer service. We switched to Jforma because it was too scattered and burdensome to work with numerous Excel files. With Jforma, everything is in one place and it works flawlessly. My experience with Jforma has been overwhelmingly positive. We've managed to cut down on data entry time, certificate generation and distribution, payment control, and overall management of video lesson courses. The software has some incredibly useful features, such as student self-registration and a "quick send" function for certificates. Recently, we've added the "local Student" module and the "JMEET" application for video lesson management. Everything is very intuitive; once the courses, teachings, and related calendars are set up, the system runs itself. It's a comprehensive program with many functionalities, so it does require careful attention during the initial setup phase and a thorough understanding of some features. But once you grasp the system's logic, everything becomes simpler. The vendor responded to my review in February 2021, expressing their gratitude and delight that Jforma is helping to improve our work.

Unique in the Market
The software was specifically designed for the needs of training institutions, unlike others I've encountered over time that were adapted and had numerous flaws. The support is outstanding, always ready to address our new needs and requests. It possesses all the key features that institutions require and has significant integrations with third-party software such as those for sending newsletters. It also provides guidelines through regularly updated, clear, and simple videos. One feature that could be added is the automatic management of staff hour allocations on funded projects to help optimize the workforce. Lastly, I would enhance the feedback management. I switched to Jforma because it was an internal proprietary software, I decided to change because internal maintenance was too costly and Jforma performed some tasks better. They responded to my review, stating that they will soon implement timesheets to also cater to the monitoring of staff involved in projects.
