The automatic resume scanning feature is the most precise I've ever encountered, with the only minor hiccup being when it comes to contracting gigs where I've worked for multiple clients through a third party. But that's a small price to pay for such an efficient system. I was over the moon when I received my first interview request the very same morning my profile was approved. I've been using Hired on and off at various companies to help with technical hiring. The software lets me connect with multiple candidates easily and aids in filling roles quickly. It gives me straightforward access to candidate profiles, including resumes, and lets me chat, schedule interviews, and confirm compensation and requirements directly on the platform. It also syncs with some Applicant Tracking Systems, making the candidate process smoother. However, I wish it also offered business candidates, not just technical ones. I'd also like more transparency about the other companies the candidate is interviewing with and their current job search status.

Excellent User Interface
I find the interface of Hired to be very nice, as well as their staff members and customer support. However, the companies I interact with through the platform may not be as pleasant. I hope Hired can address this issue. I've experienced situations where a company sends an interview request promising a salary of 1k, but after the interview, they claim 7k is their top-end budget. This creates false hopes and wastes my time. I believe it would be better if they were upfront about their budget limitations from the start.
