A Software to Spark Enthusiasm!
I really enjoy the onboarding to-do lists in Grove HR. They're enjoyable, visually pleasing, and do a great job of generating enthusiasm for new team members, making them feel welcome even before they start. However, a drawback for us in Australia is that our standard working days are 7.6 hours, but Grove HR only allows work schedules that round to the nearest 30 minutes. This results in the weekly hour total never aligning with our employees' actual working hours. I selected Grove HR for its affordability and modern design.

The standout feature of this software is the self-service portal, but the HR data and performance reports are also very beneficial for team leads and management. However, I wish there was more room for customization. I opted for Grove HR over Bamboo HR because it lacked some features I required in my HR solution. Grove HR provides a comprehensive self-service portal. I am grateful for the customer support team at Grove HR, who are always available to assist whenever I face any issues.
