However, I felt it lacked the feature to download all files from a job at once, instead of individually. I primarily chose Glasscubes for its cost-effectiveness and simplicity. After leaving a review, the Glasscubes team responded, informing me that it is indeed possible to download files in bulk and offered to explain how to do this.

I've been using Glasscubes for several months and I'm extremely impressed with the service. The platform is user-friendly and perfectly meets our needs for an intranet portal. The support and guidance, both pre and post-launch, is unmatched. The Glasscubes team is always helpful, providing quick and effective solutions. I highly recommend them. The platform is easy to use and has simplified many of our processes, centralized our frequently accessed documents, and opened up a world of possibilities for connecting everyone. The implementation process was smooth, with excellent guidance and support from Glasscubes at all times. I have no negative comments - the platform does everything we need and more. If anything was missing, Glasscubes worked with us to find a solution. We switched to Glasscubes because our previous platform was outdated and would have been too complicated and costly to update.

File System Works Fine
Overall, I find the file system of Glasscubes to work decently, as it's the main feature I use. It's easy to navigate, locks files to prevent version conflicts, and previews Word documents and PDFs effectively. However, previewing Excel documents is not as smooth and requires using desktop connect, which adds extra steps each time a document is opened. There are also occasional connection issues, causing work to be lost or requiring documents to be downloaded to the desktop and reloaded afterwards.

I generally like using Glasscubes, but I'm not a big fan of its aesthetics, which is a personal preference. It can be difficult to use on a small laptop screen. However, I value its file sharing feature, particularly for downloading and commenting. The online editing, however, is not very efficient. It's unclear if the document saves, not all features are usable, and it can distort certain elements of the documents, especially spreadsheets.

My experience with Glasscubes has been excellent. The product is reliable and I don't remember any downtime except for scheduled overnight maintenance, which didn't disrupt our operations. I've been using and managing the system for over seven years without any problems. The team is quick to answer questions and fix issues, and they're open to implementing new features. We've had to discuss our payment schedule with Glasscubes' finance team due to our internal processes in the NHS. I chose Glasscubes because it's easy to use and support and training are readily available.

In terms of value, Glasscubes surpassed my expectations and I believe it will only continue to get better.
