I am pleased with eversign as it effectively fulfills my requirements. The price is fairly reasonable and it functions well. I have not experienced any problems with it. Great software, user-friendly!
I have been using a different online signing platform for a few years, but recently started trying out Xodo Sign. The reason for the switch was that the previous platform was quite expensive for the number of documents we needed to send out for signing. We came across Xodo when we began a new collaboration with a property platform, and they sent their contract via Xodo. It looked fresh and easy, and when I checked their pricing plans, I found them more cost-effective for the volume of documents we send out. I started with a free plan, sent out a few documents, and found the program to be very user-friendly, which convinced me to continue with Xodo. As a company, we are saving a significant amount of time and money by using this platform. I highly recommend it.

I find Xodo Sign to be a fantastic tool. They provide various plans, including a free one, to suit your specific requirements. The website is extremely user-friendly and straightforward to learn. My clients have even commented on how easy it was to sign contracts and review a fully signed copy. As a small business owner, I haven't explored all the features yet, but for basic signing, it works perfectly.

Excellent Addition to New Agency's Toolkit
I recently discovered and joined Xodo based on a friend's recommendation. I just started a marketing agency, Pixelated Stories, and needed a simple way for clients to sign agreements. The tool works well and it's easy for me and even easier for my clients to learn. My only complaint is that Eversign seems like a much better name than Xodo.

I've been a user of the leading competitor in the electronic document industry since its inception. I was on a free plan, but they recently discontinued it, prompting me to look for an alternative. I found eversign and have been using their SignLite (free) tier. It's quite powerful, with features like an easy-to-view audit trail and the ability to initial each page. However, I'm deducting one star because it's not very user-friendly. There aren't many video tutorials and the instructions seem to be geared towards more advanced users. Despite having used this type of platform for years, I still find eversign challenging to navigate. I believe they could put more effort into educating their customers about their product. For instance, I would appreciate more instructional videos. I've tried using their AI search engine, but it doesn't seem to understand my queries well. Looking back, I'm glad I had to switch from the leading platform to eversign. It offers more robust features at the basic tier, which are crucial for contract integrity.

I have the option to upload my signature or have eversign create one for me, and I can type or draw my signature. I can securely store documents in my eversign account and permanently delete them when they're no longer needed. I can also easily export them to my private file location or set them to automatically expire. Eversign provides an audit trail for each transaction/document, including details like IP address and time stamp, which is beneficial in case of disputes.

I was previously using a different software for signatures which was chaotic due to email and firewall issues. However, eversign has proven to be completely efficient, providing an attached summary page of the signature with the person's name and email. I highly recommend it over traditional options like Adobe and Docusign.
