Expanding Together with the New System
I have had a very positive experience with eploy. I am still learning, but I always feel supported when I need help. The feedback from our Hiring Managers has been very positive as well. The support during and after the build and implementation is excellent, with responses often within an hour and they provide explanations, not just fixes. Everything is integrated into one system, although some details cannot be bulk updated. The dashboards are fantastic and superior to the reports, which can be somewhat difficult to navigate.

Total Transformation with Eploy
From the initial meetings to implementation and support, I found the service provided by Eploy to be excellent. The product is user-friendly for both the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers. It has automated a significant part of our process, allowing us more time for proactive work. The team at Eploy was fantastic, showing a genuine interest in understanding our business and needs. I only wish we had implemented Eploy years ago! We chose Eploy not only because the product met our needs, but also because of the people. They understood us and were eager to help us get the system we needed.

My experience with Eploy has been incredibly positive. Implementing a system can be challenging, but Eploy offered immense support and demonstrated great understanding and flexibility. The service from every team member was exceptional from start to finish. I highly recommend Eploy and often praise its excellence. The system enables a smooth and streamlined process for candidates, resulting in an engaging and user-friendly experience. It's extremely intuitive, and both users and hiring managers have easily adapted to it. The system is also highly flexible, adaptable, and configurable to meet our changing candidate needs. The support from the Eploy team has been exceptional, from the initial discussions, through integration, and even now after going live. The Success team's support is fantastic! There are no major issues, and any ideas we have seem to be in the roadmap for future upgrades. The team's integration/diary updates don't currently work for us due to our interview processes, but it seems they are open to adjustments.

Highly Recommended, Excellent System
I had a great experience with Eploy and I strongly recommend it for its flexibility and value for money. It is effective for different roles, including volunteer and employed positions. The setup process was seamless and the project management team was very supportive. The system was designed to meet our needs. However, the integration with Experian was somewhat complicated and took longer than anticipated. I switched to Eploy due to unsatisfactory service and functionality with the Access product. I value the vendor's response and am pleased to know that my feedback will be shared with the team.

I am a highly satisfied customer of Eploy. Their team is excellent to work with and their system meets our needs while providing good value for money. From our first interaction, I was impressed with Eploy as a business and a recruitment platform. Their service has been exceptional, with a very friendly and knowledgeable team. Our company has a complex structure with 9 brands under 3 divisions within 1 group, and we needed a recruitment system that could support this. Eploy was one of the few that could, and with its rich functionality, strong user experience, competitive pricing, and excellent service, I have no regrets choosing them and would highly recommend them. There are minor aspects of the system functionality that we would like to streamline, but nothing major. We switched to Eploy due to the lack of reporting and the inability of our previous system to handle multiple brands under one group. I appreciate their response and high praise, and I am pleased to see how Eploy is supporting our complex business.

I find Eploy to be excellent, arguably the best ATS/CRM system I've used. The software is user-friendly with an intuitive interface, although delving into some of its features can be complicated. We opted for Eploy as it was the most suitable and cost-effective for us. We transitioned from EBoss to Eploy as EBoss seemed more tailored to a Permanent Recruitment market, while we are a blend of temporary and permanent. I value the vendor's responsiveness and their willingness to assist with any challenges in utilizing some of the features and functionalities.

Eploy's customizability is another big advantage, making it adaptable to any business structure. Setting up widgets is easy, but creating reporting suites can be complicated due to the detailed data recorded in the system. The customer team has been extremely supportive, but having standardized reporting suites would be helpful. We switched to Eploy from Broadbean because it wasn't functioning as a modern ATS. The vendor responded well to our feedback and offered additional help if required.

Fast-Start ATS - Operational in Just 4 Weeks
Eploy allows me to perform the tasks of 2 or 3 people. It was simple to set up and offers excellent customer service. The Talent Search feature is somewhat clunky, but it functions effectively. I selected Eploy due to its cost, rapid implementation, and it being an off-the-shelf system that's easy to tailor for straightforward recruitment practices. Additionally, they provide free assistance to establish larger processes when necessary. I transitioned to Eploy from Oleeo because Oleeo necessitated a paid service to make changes in workflows, whereas Eploy is self-service with complimentary customer service if you encounter difficulties, which is unlikely. I value Eploy's approach to system configurability, it's vital when introducing a new ATS that you can swiftly adjust and improve your processes on demand and without additional charges.
