Three Years and Still Thriving with Disciple!
Honestly, my experience with Disciple has been fantastic. I work closely with their team and feel like I'm part of their community, having a say in the improvements being made. This company is truly amazing and outshines many others that use a more generic approach. What I appreciate most is that Disciple provides a real solution for having my own native app without the need to spend a fortune. Working with the Disciple team has been a great experience. They are genuinely there to support me as a client. I have a dedicated success manager who assists me with regular needs such as compliance and updates with Apple and Google Play. As a smaller company, the rate of new feature releases is slow, but I've found it's worth the wait. They listen to my feedback, and I've seen many of the features I requested being implemented.

Overall, my experience with Disciple has been positive. I use it as an app-based community to support our members, providing them a space to connect that aligns with our brand. While there are some features missing, it seems they are constantly working to improve their product. Their customer support has been excellent. I appreciate the ability to have a white-labeled mobile app community that feels native to our brand. The cost is also very affordable compared to other platforms. However, there are areas that need improvement. For instance, you can't add events to external calendars like Google Calendar, time zones don't sync with the user, and there are limitations on what you can add within the community and formatting. I switched to Disciple because it offered a white-labeled mobile app community that fit within our budget.

Fantastic. From my initial sales call to my first onboarding session, the team has been incredible. The Collective is a valuable resource for new customers. The software is quite intuitive, especially if you understand the model, which you can get a good sense of by using The Collective. However, I'm still having trouble with the menu/folders functionality. It's not entirely clear how to set it up the way I want. This is likely the area where most admins will need to create the most content, so it would be helpful to have more clarity on how this works. I chose Disciple because it had the features and functionality that best aligned with my vision for this community. It's also an established company with a great support team and system. The Disciple team responded to my feedback, offering guidance on the menu/folder functionality and encouraging me to ask questions in The Collective for quick responses from their team and other customers. They look forward to seeing my community continue to grow stronger.

However, some of the integration applications or interfaces can be awkward and not always smooth. Also, compared to other solutions, Disciple is quite pricey. I chose Disciple because it offered the fastest way to start my community and with all its features, it was an easy decision.

Quality Product - Excellent Value for Money
Fantastic! The customer service I received has been impeccable. I spent 3 months researching dozens of different platforms and Disciple stands out as the best. The member directory with customizable user profile fields is very powerful. The livestreaming functionality is the best in the market, especially now that RTMP is available. Having a stand-alone independent platform, with the option to white label, was the game changer for me. I would prefer if profile images were compulsory, not optional. I chose Disciple because it's the most intuitive and easy to set up platform in the market. The Disciple Team thanked me for my wonderful feedback and expressed their delight that the app has been a game changer for me. They are happy to be on this journey with me and look forward to seeing my community continue to thrive.

Great Product, Marred by Technical Glitches & Unhelpful Support
My onboarding process with Disciple was excellent, with both my Community Specialist and Community Success Manager being extremely helpful and responsive. However, I encountered some technical issues with the app, which led to some users, including myself, being discouraged from using it due to long load times. I was given instructions to resolve the issue, which worked, but I felt it was unprofessional to expect our users to go through this process. Despite this, the app was ready to use quickly and served as an ideal solution for connecting our community during the UK lockdown. I particularly liked the forum, private messaging, and post scheduling features. However, I experienced technical issues such as long load times, sudden shutdowns, and visibility issues on certain phones. I also had issues with the welcome email displaying incorrectly. Despite these issues, I chose Disciple because the sales team was highly responsive and I preferred a UK based company. The Disciple team responded to my feedback.

I've only been using the CBF oil for a week, but I'm already noticing an improvement in my skin. I'm not fond of the taste, so I've only been applying it topically, but I'm impressed with the results after just 7 days. I also received a free lavender essential oil, which I've been using in my humidifier. I truly believe it has improved my sleep pattern. Overall, it's been a great purchase.

Soothing for Rosacea: A Review on Disciple Software
The product was delivered quickly, reasonably priced, and well packaged. As someone suffering from Rosacea, I was hesitant to try something new, but I'm glad I did and I'm here to stay! I'm loving it so far. Although my skin isn't perfect yet, it's the least painful and inflamed it's been in years. Thanks to Charlotte and her team, they are truly inspiring. I would appreciate some advice on which other products to try for my Rosacea.

Truly Satisfied with My Dreamy Face Oil
I'm really satisfied with my dreamy face oil which was shipped very quickly and arrived the next business day, even during the pandemic. I've been using the oil every evening and I love it. I have problematic skin with recent acne scars and after a week, I feel like it's really helping and the marks on my face have reduced. I would definitely recommend it. It's half the price of some of the oils I've bought from SpaceNK in the past and the results are better.

Our Company's Best Move Yet!
I was extremely frustrated with the user experience of Facebook groups and felt very limited by Facebook's rules. Since launching our app with Disciple, all of our members have expressed their preference for the app over Facebook, appreciating its clean and user-friendly interface. I'm pleased that we can now connect with our community in a more meaningful way and provide them with educational resources that we couldn't offer within Facebook's groups feature. Setting up our private community with Disciple was a breeze. They were very easy to work with and handled all the setup, allowing us to focus on the creative aspects of our private community. I'm relieved to no longer have to deal with Facebook's algorithm, ensuring our members actually see the content we publish. The only downside is the inability to livestream from a desktop. I would appreciate the ability to screen share while going live from a desktop to share course material during our live videos.

I had the opportunity to try out the face serums from Disciple and was so excited to use them that I went through them rather quickly! The unique scent reminded me of a warm, smoky ambiance, which was quite intriguing. When I reached out to the company to inquire about the scent, they were very responsive, although they couldn't pinpoint the exact cause of the scent. The serums are designed to last for 12 months, but I noticed a slight change in them after just 6 months. This gave me the perfect excuse to try out some of their other amazing products! I decided to recycle the remaining serums, which felt like a responsible choice. All in all, it was a unique experience that allowed me to explore other options within the Disciple range. Definitely worth the investment!

For our content-rich community, it would be helpful if members could bookmark articles, save them to their profiles, and have a more personalized experience. I absolutely adore all the products I've used so far from Disciple. At 3, I've finally found a 'cosmetic' company that I consistently purchase from and I can't see myself buying similar products from any other brand. The entire process, from purchasing to receiving the products, is smooth and effortless. I struggle with anxiety and their CBD products have been a huge help. I started with the drops but now prefer the patches. I'm on the lowest dose and it's helped me through some incredibly tough times recently. My skin suffered as a side effect, but using the day and night oils on my face has completely transformed my skin for the better!
