My overall experience with Crises Control has been extremely professional. The team assigned to us at the City of Sevierville has gone above and beyond in onboarding, training, and troubleshooting. I wish all companies we work with were as customer service oriented. Our main objective for using Crises Control is to alert all employees in a specific geographical area of an active attack, if one should occur. The SOS button rings on all cell phones in a building, confirming any potential danger if a staff member can activate their SOS panic button. It would be beneficial to be able to geofence the alert to the area of attack, but over alerting is preferable to no alert at all.

The software has straightforward pricing and it's been easy for all our employees to understand and use. The service we've received from the Crises Control team has been flawless since day one. All our issues have been resolved on our first phone call to them. I'm finding it hard to think of any negatives about the project. I highly recommend it! We chose Crises Control because it was the cheapest, easiest, and fastest to deploy across our organization, and it has an intuitive app for employees. My experience with Crises Control has been largely positive. I've appreciated working with their team as they are very supportive and responsive. Although the product is mainly designed for business continuity communications, I've discovered it has multiple uses. It's incredibly useful for general business communications and for disseminating pertinent information as mass communication and also team specific. The product is highly customizable and what impresses me is that it's constantly evolving based on feedback. There isn't anything specific that I've experienced so far. The product updates and evolves, so there have been new things to learn, but that's generally a positive thing. I would suggest using the product itself to disseminate any information on new updates or features for team members to read and learn themselves. I selected Crises Control for their responsive team, the flexible options, and their readiness to accept feedback. The vendor responded to my review in June 2019, expressing gratitude for my feedback.
