I appreciate anything that enhances the bottom line. My favorite feature of the program is the ability to earn points and buy cool items from the store. I also enjoy seeing my own scores, which motivates me to improve every day. Initially, I was somewhat doubtful, but now I see the value of these regular surveys. Honestly, I like everything about it so far. Whenever I've faced any issues, the support team has been quick to provide a solution.

The weekly surveys, which take no more than five minutes, have been instrumental in fostering a positive environment. However, I wish some developments, especially regarding reporting on tailored questions, could be faster. I appreciate the vendor's response to my review, stating they are hiring more developers to speed up improvements. They also recognized that my comments and suggestions have been very beneficial.
