Exploring My Journey with CEIPAL ATS
I consider Ceipal to be the best ATS compared to others on the market. Its database is extremely useful for headhunting a pool of candidates. The job skill matching to candidate scorecards is effective. They've recently implemented AI, giving me a competitive advantage over other vendors. The time it takes to find a pool of candidates is impressively short. So far, I haven't encountered any negatives and I'm eager to see the full integration. I switched to CEIPAL ATS due to organizational changes.

I am particularly impressed by the responsive and helpful customer support team. I also commend the customer support for their helpfulness and responsiveness.However, I am not entirely satisfied with the limited customization options in Ceipal. The software offers a specific set of features, but if I need something beyond that, I might be out of luck. I also find the user interface to be clunky and difficult to navigate at times.

I find the CEIPAL ATS tool incredibly useful and essential for my daily tasks. Its sourcing, adaptability, user-friendliness, application tracking system, and database management features are all highly beneficial. Currently, I see no downsides with CEIPAL. I switched to CEIPAL ATS from Sixth Sense because it was too complex and didn't allow for integration with many job boards. I have been using Ceipal since 215 and it has evolved into a powerful tool in the applicant tracking and recruitment software industry. I've spoken to several other companies who have also had positive experiences with Ceipal. It's easy to use, has dedicated and prompt customer support, and can be used on any device with an internet connection. It allows you to post to hundreds of job boards and manage all applications with ease. I highly recommend giving it a try.

A Straightforward Solution!
I have previously used many platforms before CEIPAL, where I encountered hidden charges and unfulfilled promises. I was initially skeptical about CEIPAL, but they have proven themselves over time. Although it may not be the most visually appealing platform, it performs better than most others. Its flexible ecosystem caters to my diverse needs. They offer excellent support and continually introduce new features that simplify my tasks. In my opinion, they are a refreshing change and certainly deserve consideration.

Learning to use CEIPAL ATS was initially challenging for me, but I found their support team to be exceptional. They provide dedicated support representatives, outstanding project management, and rapid responsiveness. I believe that post-purchase support is vital when buying a product. Particularly with an ATS/CRM, it's impossible to fully comprehend or use it independently. Unless I choose a "lite" version of some other software with limited functionality, I would end up paying more as I upgrade for more features. I personally find self-service difficult, or maybe I just don't know how to do it. However, their live support is so prompt and responsive that I don't feel the need for self-support. I spent over 40 hours with our onboarding support representative before being transferred to my regular support rep. The response time is often the same day and the support is excellent. Despite my initial reservations about choosing an Indian software company for my ATS, they have surpassed my expectations. They offer.
