Great Accessibility and Ease of Use
Overall, I find Buk to be quite impressive with its easy access and usability. However, the customer service could use some improvement due to their long response times. I particularly appreciate its ease of use and the regular updates and improvements. The best feature, in my opinion, is the inclusion of various processes like performance evaluation, benefits, and the process of progressive vacation settlements. I chose Buk because it integrates different modules. I switched to Buk from my previous software due to a lack of updates.

Great Experience with BUK
Buk has been instrumental in our implementation processes and ongoing support, proving to be extremely beneficial. As someone who had no prior experience managing HR operations, Buk has helped me understand and clarify my doubts about general remuneration processes, taking into account all the variables that affect their calculations. Our commercial relationship with Buk has been very satisfactory, and they have provided us with much-needed support during the challenging times of the pandemic. I find Buk to be an excellent, robust, and fast software that I highly recommend. I wish it could integrate information from PREVIRED to avoid monthly checks, but I understand this is not within Buk's control. We chose Buk over three other alternatives based on a preference matrix with criteria such as "costs", "technology", and "payment methods", and it scored highly on a scale of 1 to 5.

I find Buk excellent! The implementation process is easy and quick, provided you have a good information base. The processes are fast and smooth, and it delivers all the reports. It's very user-friendly, intuitive, and quick to access. It allows me to generate all HR processes easily and expediently, delivering excellent reporting and information. The only downside is that when I open a month, there's a risk of recalculating another settlement. I chose Buk because it was recommended to me. I switched to Buk because we needed a robust and integrated system.

Although caution is needed during setup due to the volume of information being transferred, it efficiently handles simple tasks that previously consumed analysts' time once it's up and running. The portal is easy to access and use for both administrators and users. Buk has been quickly evolving to meet user needs, which I see as a positive. However, I believe it would be beneficial to have regular training sessions to keep administrators updated on platform changes. Thankfully, this has largely been addressed through the available "News" feature.

My decision to purchase/subscribe to Buk was mainly based on its remuneration module, but it has proven to be very useful for recording and managing other HR tasks. It has become a daily support throughout the employee's life cycle. I would recommend it without hesitation. They are constantly updating and enhancing the tool, providing quality and timely post-sale service, and offering valuable insights for accounting issues. However, the permissions and attributions of the users have limited us from fully utilizing other modules, as each module's users should not access confidential information. During the selection process, Buk presented their project, which was just starting, and I trusted the project and the professionals behind it. I am very satisfied with my decision! I switched to Buk because relying on the accounting advisor was inefficient, it was prone to repeated errors and limited our management actions.
