However, I feel the automatic threat intelligence notification, which is at a different pricing level, should be part of the base tier. I selected AlertMedia because it had an impressive presentation and seemed to fulfill our company's requirements better than its competitors. Additionally, its pricing was much more affordable. I am pleased to know that the vendor values my review and is glad that I find AlertMedia effortless and beneficial in maintaining connectivity among our dispersed employees.

I find AlertMedia to be an excellent tool for us, particularly for reaching out to our remote employees and providing them with emergency information. The ability to communicate swiftly and in various ways with our employees is a significant advantage. The onboarding process was mostly seamless, with AlertMedia managing to upload our Directory information. The geofencing feature is especially helpful, allowing us to select locations to communicate issues with, without needing to determine who requires the information. I appreciate everything about the platform, but I wish all features were included in the basic plan. I chose AlertMedia because it offered the best value for our money. I was pleased to see that the vendor valued my feedback, responding positively to my review in February 2021.

I have a highly positive opinion of AlertMedia. It was incredibly helpful during our cyberattack and it's relatively easy to teach new staff how to send messages for their departments and set up user groups. However, it is costly and I often have to remind staff about its proper usage. I chose AlertMedia because it has the best user interface and competitive pricing for the features we required. We switched to AlertMedia from Everbridge, which was excessively expensive and not very user-friendly for new users. Also, during our 3-year contract with Everbridge, we were assigned a constantly changing group of "account representatives", most of whom had no understanding of who we were or what our needs were.

I find the software easy to use and I value the information provided by the notification results. However, I believe it could benefit from a modern update as it appears somewhat outdated. I also think some features could provide more detailed or personalized usage. I chose AlertMedia because it seemed more user-friendly compared to other options. I switched to AlertMedia from a previous product that was difficult to use unless used weekly and had poor voice translation. I received a response from the vendor thanking me for my review and informing me of upcoming updates to the dashboard. They will have my Customer Success Manager reach out with more information.
