      Exceptionally Useful: On-Train

My experience with HandyTrain has been amazing. The software has vast potential and can greatly influence an employee's Learning and Development (L&D) and engagement. The bite-sized learning on the go, engaging content, and assessment process are not the only things that make HandyTrain unique. We've also used the platform for other engagement activities like creating excitement around our internal events, communicating important messages, and announcing our top performers. This shows that HandyTrain is not just for training, but can play a larger role in an employee's life within an organization. However, the approach is somewhat rigid, only allowing us to make or change our delivery within the given layout or format.

HandyTrain: An Exceptional Tool for On-the-Go Engineer Training

The on-train software has been a great help to our engineers in their fieldwork. I find it easy to use, especially when creating a login. I appreciate its flexibility, as it allows me to train anytime on my mobile phone. I also value the ability to take multiple modules, including videos, content, and assessments, at the same time. However, there are some areas that could be improved. For example, there's no option to reset an exam attempt for each learner. I would also like if adhoc reports requested by the HT team could be provided to the Project Admin. Additionally, a system should be put in place to ensure that duration isn't lost on the mobile phone assessment when a learner takes a call. Lastly, the system currently allows for the creation of duplicate logins with the same mobile number. It would be helpful if the system could alert that a login already exists.

      It's Somewhat Mediocre

The software, on-train, is quite disappointing. When I try to book an early morning train, the site constantly changes my departure to the previous night, which is incredibly frustrating. Additionally, it's almost impossible to book a short journey without being offered a hotel on Booking.com, even when I'm returning just an hour later. I find this very annoying.

Effortless Deployment and Enthusiastic Team Support with On-Train Software

I find the on-train software easy to implement for a large number of employees because of its simplicity and appeal. The design of the content is so straightforward that anyone can use it to create a good program. However, it's still in the learning phase and lacks some advanced features, which are currently under development.

      Easy to Book, Quite Pricey

I find it very easy to book with on-train, but I'm disappointed that they charge a booking fee and also charge £1 each way to change your train ticket. I believe trains are already expensive enough without these additional fees. It's quite costly.

      Great Experience with This Platform

In my brief experience, I've found on-train to be highly user-friendly thanks to its dynamic interface. It empowers users to train and educate any individual, and provides real-time storage and management of activities. I see great potential in this platform and believe it can continue to develop over time. However, I also feel it could benefit from an enhanced interface.

Insufficient Details on Services Eligible for Open Return Tickets

I wished for an open day return, but it didn't seem possible with Avanti. I would have appreciated knowing this to avoid wasting time trying to make the system accept my request. Apart from this, everything was fine.

Quality Coding Ensures Great User Experience

Compared to SNCF's website, everything worked smoothly with on-train, even with French discount cards like Carte senior and Mezzo. Trainline is well programmed and organized. Well done!

As a Travel Agent, I Bought Rail Tickets with On-Train

As a travel agent, I find purchasing rail tickets across Europe for my clients extremely easy with Trainline. The website is user-friendly and they consistently provide valuable updates if any journeys are impacted by future strikes or rail work.

      App functions excellently.

The app works excellently, but be careful with the terms and conditions for the tickets. I accidentally bought a ticket for the opposite direction of my intended journey and there's no way to correct a mistake once you've clicked 'Pay'. I reached out to customer service, but unsurprisingly, I received no response.

Exploring On-Train: A POC Journey Amidst India's Festive Season

We are currently testing the on-train application as a proof of concept for the festive season in India. The support from the backend team is average, suggesting that the application may struggle with extreme variables and changes in the business environment. The application is user-friendly and performs well on mobile platforms. However, its basic aesthetic and limited customization options are drawbacks. The simplicity of the software feels more like a limitation.

      Swift and Transparent: On-Train Review

The website is clear, and I was able to make a reservation quickly with confirmation sent directly to my email. Payment was easy with Ideal. However, I would have appreciated a map of the train route. This would have shown me that I will arrive 3 kms away from Nancy and will need to make additional transport arrangements.

Delightful Interface for Fresh Insights with On-Train

As the saying goes, learning never ends. This app, On-Train, has significantly helped me understand my own products. It excels in providing easy-to-understand and comprehensive training. I was able to learn a lot about the products I see daily but didn't know much about their aesthetics. On-Train took me in-depth, providing all the necessary information. There were a few updates needed, which were corrected within 48 hours. I appreciated the quick corrections and updates based on usage suggestions. Things were changing faster than I expected.

Experience Engaging Learning with Super Fast Server Support on On-Train

I use on-train for mobile-based learning for my sales team and management. It provides learning and assessment features, and supports Training Needs Identification (TNI). The software offers various customization options and is compatible with both Android and iOS. It has a user-friendly content creation feature and supports multiple upload formats like PPT, PDF, JPEG, AV, etc. It also provides an assessment and feedback feature with timeline setting, module notifications via the app and SMS, among other notifications. It has an offline mode, supports byte size learning, and runs on a super fast server. The app runs smoothly and allows for report customization. However, it lacks a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) solution and there's still room for improvement for Handy Train. I can't think of any other issues.

Efficient Learning Tool with User-Friendly Interface and Stellar Support

The on-train software has helped us implement anytime learning for our dispersed field force across multiple locations. It's also been beneficial in identifying knowledge gaps and providing suitable learning programs. The app has a clean, simple, and user-friendly interface, and the customer support team is outstanding and responsive. However, the admin panel is somewhat hard to navigate and takes some time to get used to. Currently, analytic reports for managers and end users are not accessible on the mobile app.
