The 4-piece combination plate/dish set I ordered arrived completely shattered. Despite their attempt at secure packaging, it seems there's room for improvement. Dreamt It, They Delivered!
I find the software, Leeway, to be brilliant. It's clear, simple, and we immediately saw a significant gain. It sets all the reminder dates for us, saving us a lot of time. I appreciate its simplicity and ease of use, particularly how it organizes information to document and monitor each contract. Now, we can focus on the daily fight against contract divergence and let most of the logistics handle itself. However, I wish it could automatically fill contractor company information from open databases, like papper.fr for France data. Occasionally, the UI refreshes when it seems unnecessary, but it's a minor issue. I also wish it integrated better with Google Drive. We switched to Leeway from TomorroNotion because the latter wasn't specifically adapted to contract management. We had to set the reminder dates ourselves and build complex tools to track base versions alignment.

Excellent Platform for Contract Coordination
Leeway offers great organization for my legal department and enhances the accessibility of contract documents for operational staff. It enables me to compile all contracts and make them easily accessible to those responsible. It also simplifies the drafting and negotiation of contracts with external service providers. I can even obtain the final version of the contract electronically signed through Docusign. However, as a new tool, Leeway has some shortcomings that need fixing, such as incompatibility with certain document formats during the contract drafting phase.

I've had the pleasure of owning these Leeway dishes for just over a year now and I've found them to be quite unique! I've used them in the microwave to warm up leftovers and they've developed some interesting character - 3 small plates, 2 large plates, and 3 bowls have developed some cracks. It's a fascinating process to observe, especially since I made sure they were microwave safe before buying them. It's a different experience from my previous set of Pfaltzgraff dishes, which lasted 1 years without any such changes. It's a refreshing change and I'm quite intrigued by it!

I am overall very satisfied with Leeway. The team is very helpful and accessible, and they take into account my suggestions for improving the solution. What I appreciate most is the software's flexibility. I can easily add and change various templates, and the workflows are also easily editable and customizable. I can allow external parties to input their personal information in predefined spaces and attach additional documents to the project through the shared files function. I have the control to decide if I let the external partner modify, comment, or only read the contracts. However, the online editor can be challenging to use, especially when editing contracts from external parties. I chose Leeway because it was more affordable than other solutions and I noticed significant improvements during the testing period. I switched from Spring CM to Leeway because the former did not offer the flexibility I wanted. I needed assistance from their tech team every time I modified our contract workflow, which was costly and inefficient.
