The customer service is quick and friendly. The interface could be a bit more refined for easier navigation, but I can see the team is working on enhancing it. I switched to Axeptio because the previous solutions were too costly.

I've been trying to comprehend all the cookie policies and Axeptio has done an amazing job of simplifying this process. I've evaluated other tools, but their implementation process appeared too complicated or their cookie popups were badly designed. Axeptio's popup is neat and easy to comprehend. I value that I don't require a developer to implement anything. It's very quick to get started. I do wish they introduce more customization options and direct integrations in the future.

Axeptio is extremely easy to set up! I can effortlessly configure the tags and triggers through Google Tag Manager. To increase the consent rate, I can graphically customize the module to align with my website's design. However, there's no international consent management yet to exempt visitors outside Europe. I opted for Axeptio because its price is much more reasonable than its competitors.
